During the 7-day trial period, our central team actively tests your system to ensure its effectiveness and gives you time to familiarize yourself with it, which can help you prevent false dispatches.

Before arming your system, check your home for objects that may interfere with your motion detectors. For example, hanging plants or moving fans can trigger false alarms.

Firstly, your alarm allows just enough time to disarm before a signal is sent to our central. However, if you accidentally trigger the alarm, you can cancel the signal to avoid a false alarm.
When you hold down the button(s) for 1 to 3 seconds, an alarm will be transmitted to your central monitoring station. Consequently, emergency services will be dispatched immediately. It’s important to note that this type of alarm signal cannot be cancelled, so it’s crucial to use it only in case of a genuine emergency.

Yes, your alarm system includes a backup battery that will maintain your protection for several hours in the event of a power outage. However, if the battery becomes low, a signal will be transmitted to our central, Consequently, you will be notified to take appropriate action.
When an alarm signal is received, our central will assess the situation and dispatchers will ask standard questions, including requesting a password. If your listed contact cannot be reached or responses don’t match, emergency procedures will take effect. However, if it’s determined to be a false alarm, it’s important not to attempt to call the central as this may block your line and prevent us from reaching you in the event of an actual emergency.
Yes, if you have specific needs, we offer motion detectors that are specially adapted to accommodate them.
No, in the event of a fire or other emergency, the first step is to call 911. However, if you are unable to call 911, pressing the panic or fire alarm button on your keypad will alert our central team, who will request dispatch of emergency services from the appropriate authorities.
1. Remove the RED wire from the RED terminal
You may need to wiggle the terminal to remove it from the battery
2. Remove the BLACK wire from the BLACK terminal
In the unlikely event you find acid or corrosion on the battery terminal or battery connector, a replacement battery connector might be necessary.
1. Connect the RED wire to the RED terminal
2. Ensure step one is correct, then proceed with connecting the BLACK wire to the battery
3. When you’re sure that the RED is connected to the RED, then you may connect the BLACK wire to the BLACK terminal.
NB – You could blow a fuse or destroy the alarm panel if the battery is connected backwards
The “trouble” light can take 24 hours to clear from your keypad
Battery replacement instructions are similar even on different panels.
Avoid your siren from sounding off:
bypassing “tamper” before opening the panel door
The battery connectors should fit properly on the battery terminals.
If loose, remove the connector from the battery and gently squeeze with a pair of pliers. Reconnect. * if you squeeze too tightly, you will not be able to reconnect to the battery.
